Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the sale of products branded Paraggi (hereinafter, the “Products”) through the website www.theparaggi.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).

The Products are sold by Al.ma SRL (hereinafter, “Paraggi” or the “Company”).

Placing an Order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms.

2. Customer

Purchases made through the Website are reserved exclusively for final consumers, natural persons over 18 years of age, acting for purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial, artisanal, or entrepreneurial activities (hereinafter, the “Customer”).

The resale or transfer of Products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and correct personal data and is responsible for their accuracy.

3. Nature of Products – Made to Order

All Paraggi Products are made to order, based on the specifications selected by the Customer (size, color, finishes, etc.).

Accordingly:

each Order is produced exclusively for the Customer;
no stock or ready-made availability is provided;
average production and delivery times range from 2 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.

4. Order Procedure and Acceptance

The Customer selects Products on the Website and completes the Order, specifying all required details.
Submission of the Order constitutes a contractual offer by the Customer.
The Company will send a first e-mail acknowledging receipt of the Order (this does not constitute acceptance).
The Order is deemed accepted only upon receipt by the Customer of an e-mail expressly titled “Order Confirmation”.

The Company reserves the right not to accept an Order if production is not technically or practically feasible.

5. Payments

Full payment (100% of the Order amount) is required at the time the Order is accepted by the Company.
Only the payment methods indicated by the Company are accepted.
Production will begin only once payment has been successfully received.
All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
Any shipping costs are listed separately.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order.
The average delivery time is 2–4 weeks from receipt of payment, except in cases of force majeure.
Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the integrity of the package.
Any anomalies must be reported to the courier by signing with reservation of inspection.

7. Non-Conformities and Claims

As Products are custom-made, returns or cancellations are not accepted.

The only exceptions are:

serious production defects;
clear errors compared to the specifications provided in the Order (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).

In such cases, the Customer must contact the Company within 7 days of receiving the Product, providing photographic documentation clearly showing the error or defect.

Once verified, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product at no additional cost to the Customer.

8. Warranty

The sale of Products is subject to the mandatory legal warranty provided by consumer protection law.

The Customer must verify conformity upon delivery.

Any defects must be reported within the statutory terms, and in any case, within two years from delivery.

The Company undertakes to respond within 5 working days of receipt.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms, the Court of Perugia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s court of residence or domicile.

11. Severability

If one or more provisions of these Terms are held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain valid and binding.
